A dedicated stage for refining.
Refining takes place in dedicated pots within the facility. This equipment supports the refining stage separately from the furnace and casting line.

Giving processed lead its form.
Casting machinery forms processed lead into solid cast products. It completes the three core processing capabilities brought together at our facility.
Our facility is located in Bukkasagara, Jigani. Alongside the main processing machinery, the plant includes equipment for weighing, lifting and moving material, supported by on-site utilities.
A weighbridge provides material-weighing infrastructure at the factory. It supports the measurement side of plant operations.
Forklifts and overhead cranes support lifting and movement within the facility, alongside the equipment used for processing lead.
Diesel generators and an air compressor form part of the plant's supporting utilities alongside production and material-handling equipment.
Lead is the focus of our smelting, refining and casting capabilities. To discuss a material or business requirement, share the details that matter to your operation.
Tell us the material specification, required product form and intended application. For supplier enquiries, include the material category and condition.
Include the approximate quantity, relevant location and expected timeframe. These details give our team a clearer starting point for the discussion.
Discuss material suitability, product availability and commercial requirements with our team before making arrangements. Specific grades, acceptance and delivery details need to be confirmed for each enquiry.
A business requirement includes more than the material alone. Product specifications, documentation needs and plant infrastructure are also part of the discussion.

Product composition, testing expectations and quality criteria should be established before processing or supply arrangements are confirmed.
